Geneva was able to help install three different flooring types within our home (hardwood, carpet, and laminate) and were very professional and flexible on scheduling. Pam was great to work with and Nuno, the hardwood installer, was great about keeping us updated.

Geneva flooring was recommended to me by a good friend. I was replacing bedroom carpeting, that was close to 30 years old, with luxury vinyl plank. Pamela was invaluable in showing me the samples that would beautifully compliment my color samples and give me the distressed look I was searching for. When I visited the showroom, I took samples of my stained bdrm and closet doors and my tiled hearth and my bedroom furniture and the tile that the new flooring would be next to.I am so overjoyed with my new, gorgeous, low maintenance floor--- that I almost cannot take my eyes off it. The installers, Nuno Barbosa and Victor, were charming, and I appreciated the precision cutting that they did around 3 doorways.I really could not be happier with my new floor!

We recently had a water leak that seeped down through the walls and ceiling and into the hardwood floor in the corner of our study. The insurance company paid us to replace all of the hardwood floors in the lower level of our house because they believed the damaged section could not be repaired to match the rest of the floor without replacing the entire floor.I was not prepared to have my entire downstairs torn up to replace the floor so I called the experts at Geneva Flooring to come and take look at it and tell me if they thought they could replace the damaged section and finish it to match the remainder of the floor. Lisa came out and looked at the damage and said, yes, she thought we could fix it and no one would ever know. She did caution and say it may not be perfect, but new flooring could be woven into the existing floor and then refinished to match. I was thrilled with the news.Well the floor was repaired last week and the Geneva professionals did a phenomenal job. You truly can't see any difference between the new wood and the old flooring. Lisa underestimated her refinish team. It is perfect. I am now beyond thrilled.Just an additional note. In addition to needing the hardwood floor repaired in the study, water seeped into the family room and soaked a corner of the carpet, so that had to be replaced as well. I was telling Lisa and Pam about that and expressed my concern about getting new carpet that was the same as what I had. Again, Geneva to the rescue. The had a carpet supplier that would dye my new carpet to match the old. A perfect solution.Thank you, Pam, Lisa and the whole team at Geneva Carpet. I 100% recommend them for your flooring needs.

We are just completing a full house build in North PB and Geneva is without a doubt one of the best companies we’ve worked with over the year long project. Lisa was our rep, who was a pleasure to work with, knew her trade, and made the scheduling and payment process a breeze. Cornelio was our lead installer and his work speaks for itself. He and his team installed 2,500 sq ft of beautiful engineered hardwoodthroughout our new home. I’m pretty type A, and I was blown away with the final results. We don’t even need to install trim or a skirt on our stairs because his cuts are that precise against the wall. He also was one of the nicest guys on the job. Always working well with the other trades and offering to move their materials with them if needed. If every trade was this good, this building process would be a breeze. Thank you, Geneva.
